Fantastic success for Graham Holmes Astraseal with Windowbase data

Graham Holmes Astraseal received 129 enquiries and 85 new orders from a recent direct mail using Windowbase data. The Northamptonshire based window, door and conservatory manufacturer has been subscribing to Windowbase’s Fabricator and Installer database for the last five years and says it’s the most ‘reliable and clean database’ in the industry. Windowbase is a specialist database provider targeting fabricators, installers and specifiers involved in the window, door and conservatory industry.

“Direct marketing is extremely important to our business as we recognise that in today’s market we need to be proactive in generating new leads and sales,” explains Zac Nedimovic, Sales & Marketing Manager of Graham Holmes Astraseal. “In January we carried out a direct mail campaign where we targeted just under 7,000 fabricators and installers. The outcome has been fantastic. We had a good proportion of new business from the campaign, and only nine returns so it assures us of the accuracy, reliability and cost effectiveness of Windowbase. Graham Holmes Astraseal has also used the data for e-shots, which have been equally successful. Zac adds: “We send out e-shots every month and get plenty of enquiries and very few bounce backs. From our most recent e-shot we had 178 viewings and 230 clicked through to the website. We find e-shots a brilliant alternative to targeting prospects by mail and for keeping customers up-to-date with new information.
