Absolute Windows succeeds with Windowbase data

Leading North West fabricator Absolute Windows has been winning more business for the past six years with the help of Windowbase - the industry's main provider of sales leads. Having successfully used the installer database to promote its windows, doors and conservatories to the trade, the company has recently started fabricating composite doors and has now added Windowbase fabricator data.

“Absolute Windows sends direct mails to 2,500 customers and prospects on a bi-monthly basis to promote its products,” explains Windowbase General Manager Neil Parsonson, “and bases its success on the number of email and fax enquiries it receives.”

Managing Director Tony Marsden comments: “Direct marketing is very important to us. Windowbase comes out above other database suppliers. The information we get is accurate and up-to-date so we don’t get many direct mails returned. Only 23 out of 1,747 were returned from a recent mailing. That’s 1.3% which is very good in a fast changing market. The information supplied by other companies we’ve used in the past didn’t prove to be reliable, and wasn’t as comprehensive compared to Windowbase.

“In the current economic climate it’s important that we continue to market ourselves to our customers and be proactive. With Windowbase we can directly target the customers we want to do business with and we continue to get good business leads.”
