Windowbase to the rescue as Focal stops installer data

Focal customers have been contacting Windowbase after being told that they will no longer be supplied with prospect data for window installers. In a recent letter to customers, Focal Research said that market volatility makes it: "…difficult and time consuming to monitor and update installer data, due to the high level of installers that have gone into administration and out of business recently." However, Windowbase customers continue to benefit from regular, accurate updates, thanks to its extensive research, which includes over 40,000 telephone calls a year. Focal has asked customers to sign a form agreeing to receive only fabricator data in the future, but many firms have turned to Windowbase instead.
